There is a popular saying in the social network: “With no wish, there is no disappointment.” Life is filled with variables and unknowns. It is especially true when we have aspirations. God gives us the motivation to find our aspirations in life and the way to achieve them, provided that we ask him faithfully. “For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. – Luke 11:10.” Yet, somehow we prefer to seek help from other idols that cannot touch, cannot hear, and cannot speak. Astrology is one of them. It is not new, and the belief is deeply rooted in our history. “Manasseh practiced sorcery and divination, and he consulted with mediums and psychics. He did much that was evil in the Lord’s sight, arousing his anger. – 2 Kings 21:6.” Idolatry is wrong, for it worships the creation instead of the Lord who created the creation. Astrology is similarly wrong, for it worships the heavens instead of the Lord who created the heavens.
