Do you know someone who usually blames someone else for any misfortune? We are living in a fallen world where pain and suffering are unavoidable. They may visit everyone. But usually, they are existing as a system, not resulted in any sole cause. So, don’t be too easy to blame someone for existing problems. Be honest in assessing our motives and actions instead of automatically blaming someone else. When we have done something wrong, we are wrong again if we don’t accept accountability for our actions. But it is just as wrong to blame ourselves for trouble that isn’t our fault. People may easily blame those around them for their sufferings. We may be blamed without reason when we are too close to such people. When we blame ourselves for something we didn’t do, we carry a load of guilt that isn’t ours to carry. “O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. – Micah 6:8.”
