“We EMPOWER our kids by all means.”

It summarizes our work in the year and, at the same time, sets us in a direction. This year the teaching team has explored many opportunities for the kids, from the string performance to the lyrics and composition; from MV production to the publishment of the kids’ writings; from school beautifying to campus docents; from serving the elderly to sharing in the public; from English presentation to the pursuit of a university degree, all the bullets are firing toward the same mark: “to empower the kids by all means.” Gone are the days we would ‘slap’ the kids on the grounds of terms like “low self-confidence,” “perfunctory,” or “low motivation for accomplishment,” but the terms we used buried our common belief on the kids: “They are better than they think.” “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity. – 1 Timothy 4:12.” We hope to EMPOWER the kids, let them make good use of their talents to realize the purpose the Lord created them, and let them set foot on the next learning stage with a clear life mission.
