Equip Faithful Leaders:

Though not all of us, as secondary school teachers, enjoy making changes, students’ changes are significant. Their height, their vocal, and even their interpersonal skills will tell us that change is inevitable. It is especially vital right after the summer holiday. Facing the difference, we have to adjust from year to year. The adjustment is especially difficult if we are operating with a fixed mindset. When the Israelites traveled with Moses in the wilderness, they were definitely not yet ready to change. In fact, there is a celebrating term to recap the students’ changes – growth. If their growth is worth celebrating, how about us?
