The teaching profession is all about the interaction between people. It is far more than merely the transfer of knowledge. Even in the same curriculum, the teaching effectiveness of teaching different students is different. So there is no best teaching method in the world. Even if we are very popular and excellent teachers, we must continue to learn and observe other teachers’ classroom teaching with humility. In other words, the teaching profession’s focus is not to develop teaching methods that can be used everywhere but to design, implement, and reflect on different teaching tasks in response to those people sitting in the classroom. For this, teachers need to maintain a state of mind: “Fan into flame the gift of God. – (2 Timothy 1:6).”
